Lowell Herb Co. has made a name for itself as one of California’s most popular pre-rolls offering a wide variety of strains, variety packs and more. This summer, Lowell looks to introduce the first farm-to-table food and flower restaurant in America, Lowell Farms: A Cannabis Cafe which will be located in West Hollywood, California where guests will get the further experiential moment to connect further with the brand, learn about, eat and celebrate cannabis.
From the mock-ups presented, the cafe will be an expertly designed modern, lush indoor/outdoor oasis with artisanal touches and thoughtful use of natural materials.
Head of the kitchen will be cannabis chef Andrea Drummer who’s creating the restaurant’s menu to feature fresh and seasonal dishes, with a twist. As an alcohol-free establishment, the beverage menu will include single-origin coffees, fine teas, fresh juices, smoothies and a signature line of build- your-own sparklers. Everything on the menu can be enjoyed with or without the addition of THC and/or CBD.
In harmony with the local West Hollywood community, the restaurant will offer a robust schedule of events and programming. Lowell Farms: A Cannabis Cafe will serve as a welcoming and safe environment for all to enjoy and learn about the newly legal world of cannabis.
