We always keep our eyes out for brands who pay homage to cannabis without having to be in the industry themselves and California-based brand, P.F. Candle Co. launched their No. 31: Cannabis soy candle in celebration of their state going recreational at the beginning of the year.
With 2018 regulations putting a damper on some businesses within the state, persistence by many is what is keeping the state progressing along with recreational legalization in nine other states and at least seven more exploring the hopes of becoming recreational throughout the year.
We got our hands on No. 31: Cannabis and burned it on frigid East Coast Sunday as we enjoyed some sunlight grown Sour Diesel from Seasonal Harvest Co. and the candle offers a earthy, fresh and botanical aroma. Before you get your hopes up, the all is soy-based with no THC or CBD but sultry base notes of sweet balsamic, leather, and vetiver harmonize with fragrant patchouli, piquant rhubarb, and lemon and drifts nicely into the air.
